Liverpool Association of Match Officials (L.A.M.O) are pleased to announce details of our next 'Social Evening' taking place on Thursday 28th September 2017. Steve Stewart will deliver a exciting new presentation on 'Serious Foul Play'. The 'Social Evening' will immediately follow the L.A.M.O Annual General Meeting which commences at the earlier start time of 7:30 pm. It was a excellent turnout for the first Liverpool Association of the Match Officials (L.A.M.O) 'SOCIAL EVENING' of the 2017-18 season on Thursday 31st August at Christ the King Parish Club in Liverpool. This 'SOCIAL EVENING' was devoted to the Laws of the Game amendments for the new season. Our Chairman, Steve Stewart got things underway, welcoming all those present and offering an overview of the evening ahead. Steve reminded colleagues that membership for the new season was available and encouraged those present to encourage fallow officials to join us for the new season. It was a great turnout for the March 2017 'SOCIAL EVENING' . For one month only we were at the Xaviean Club on the site of St Francis Xavier's College, Woolton with the usual venue of Christ the King Club hosting a blood donation evening. The greenery of SFX's grounds looked pleasant in the spring sunshine and from the window of the club, there are some spectacular views of Liverpool City center. As well as being home to SFX College, the site is also home to a established Squash Club, Old Xavians FC and a range of sports club/groups that use the College's new state of the art facilities. |
